RENTAL TERMS

How it works

To rent ski equipment, the tenant is required to have identification documents, as well as a security document or security deposit. The security deposit is summed up for all items of rented equipment (the security deposit amounts are defined in the table “Amount of security deposit for rented sports equipment”). The tenant is obliged to hand over the rented equipment at the expiration of the contract or to prolong the contract.

RETURN POLICY

Our rules

At the time of renting equipment, the tenant is fully responsible for the safety of the rented equipment. In case of damage to inventory, the tenant is fully financially responsible to the landlord. In case of complete breakage or loss, the amount of compensation for each equipment is equal to: Skis (100,- euros), Boots (70 euros), Helmet (50 euros) and Poles (20 euros). When applying minor defects, the amount of compensation is determined by the rental staff, based on the lease agreement.

Sports equipment, regardless of the useful life, is provided to the tenant

in good condition and in accordance with all local regulations.

Selection of equipment and its further configuration is carried out only by

certified rental workers.

PRIVACY POLICY

We protect your information

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. Therefore, we process your data solely on the basis of legal provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003)

The personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) of the tenant are stored for the purposes of contract processing. The data already provided by you is necessary for the performance of the contract and the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you. The data is not passed on to third parties.
